This remodel is in the Patty Jewett Neighborhood of Colorado Springs.  A traditional neighborhood with original homes built from the 1910’s to the 1950’s, the area features tree-lined streets, mature landscaping and a wide variety of home styles including bungalow, art-deco, contemporary and craftsman.  This remodel involved adding a second story and a complete renovation of both the interior and exterior.  A new balcony was added to the front of the home after the initial remodel.  This can be seen in some of the pictures below.
